You’ll get more direction during staged family photos and your wedding party and newlywed photo sessions. I edit in bold colors with deep shadows, so if you’re looking for a light and airy photographer, I am NOT it!

Yes, we'll roll into your wedding three deep. I always hire a second photographer and an assistant to come with me. I love hiring a second shooter because that means covering different angles or parts of your day at the same time. My assistant helps me carry equipment, holds or set up lighting, takes behind the scenes video, and provides an extra set of eyes to ensure nothing is left unnoticed.

Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery. I guarantee access to your online gallery for 90 days minimum and aim to leave them there forever! That said, it’s best practice to download ALL of your photos once you receive them and store them in a few safe places just in case something unexpected happens to the gallery or the hosting server. Your photos will be available in web size for social media sharing and high resolution for printing.

You’ll have personal use rights and print rights, which means you can share your photos on social media, print them however you want, and fawn over them for years to come! I do offer a store right on your gallery for easy print orders, but you’re not required to use it.

No, I do not provide any of my RAW photo files or unedited photos since they aren't compatible with most mainstream software and RAWs aren't a true representation of my final work product.

Absolutely! You can add on services and upgrade your package through your wedding day. Your final payment is due one month before your wedding day, and any upgrades or add-ons incurred after that date are due before your sneak peeks will be delivered.

For weddings 30 miles or less from Leslie, MO, I don’t charge a travel fee. For weddings outside of that radius, I charge 67 cents per mile, round-trip. After 4 hours, I also charge for overnight accommodations. Weddings 6 hours or more away within the continental US come with a flat $1500 travel fee which includes all travel costs. International travel is also available.

Yes, I include a 20-page album with all of my wedding packages. After your final gallery is delivered, I compile your images into your album, order it for you, and have it sent directly to your house!

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer of $1000 is required to book me for your wedding day.

Of course! As long as the retainer is collected upon booking and all installments are set to be paid at least one month before your wedding date, I’m happy to set up a payment plan for you to spread your payments out over time.

Yes, I always carry liability and equipment insurance!

I have a list of trusted colleagues and I’ll find a replacement for you as soon as I possibly can. You’ll be in the know every step of the way! I’ve literally crawled across a ladder over a raging creek while pregnant to get to a wedding, and I’ve only been late once by 30 minutes when I landed in the emergency room after I experienced an allergic reaction… so it’s safe to say that making it to your wedding is a top priority for me!

Yes, I always have backup cameras, lenses, flash units, etc. on wedding days. You never know what will happen!

I shoot to two SD cards at the same time, back up all data files to multiple places immediately after I get home from your wedding, and keep the files on the original SD cards until your gallery is delivered. RAW data files and edited images are stored on your online gallery and in a secondary physical server indefinitely.

I try to share at least a handful of photos from each wedding I photograph, and I occasionally submit images to magazines or online publications. You’ll be the first to know after me if your images are published somewhere! Don’t want your images shared or published? Let me know and we can amend your contract so we’re all on the same page.

All of my wedding packages include an engagement session.  It helps us to get to know each other and helps you get used to being in front of a camera.  Elopement packages do not include an engagement session, but one can always be purchased separately!
